We have created the following rules to ensure that everyone reading DEMAC’s website can have the experience they wish. It is paramount to understand the importance of choosing and uploading your content responsibly. If you do not think you can stick to the rules detailed in DEMAC’s website then DEMAC’s website may not be for you.

Welcome to DEMAC’s website, a social network that will put you in touch with people with similar interests.
 
By using or accessing our website, you agree to have read and understood DEMAC’s Website Rules and you are willing to uphold these rules, whether you are a registered member DEMAC’s website / or just a guest. Also, DEMAC reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Rules of the Website at any time without notice.
 
Presentation
DEMAC is a virtual network consisting of different types of people. What is right for some people may not be for others. Each one of us has the responsibility to be careful and responsible with the content of our contents in this space.
 
We trust you will apply your best judgment in determining whether the content of your comment may be offensive or not to other people in this public space. One way to determine whether your content is inappropriate or not, is to be empathetic to the other readers and think if something you write would offend others.
 
If it turns out that your comment is offensive, the community will probably report it. If we receive complaints about your comment, we will take appropriate measures in accordance to DEMAC’s Website Guidelines.
 
DEMAC’s Website Guidelines.
You understand that except for the programs that we offer through DEMAC’s website, this service and space is offered exclusively for your own personal use, therefore DEMAC’s website is not to be used in any commercial type or form.
 
  1. Be good. We are a community of diverse people: we all have the right to feel comfortable, perhaps not everyone thinks the way you think, or has the same beliefs as you have or sees the same things as you see. So be kind and respectful when interacting with others.
  2. Upload original content that you've created. Respect other people’s copyright . That includes photos, text and other people's material, that you've collected from different sources. This will warranty that any of the contents posted, transmitted or shared on or through DEMAC’s website, will infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal rights or intellectual property.
  3. Do not bash something or anyone with abusive slurs. DEMAC’s is not a mean to harass, annoy, intimidate or impersonate another person. If we receive a valid complaint for your conduct, we will send a warning or omit your comments.
  4. Do not use DEMAC’s website for commercial purposes. DEMAC’s website only objective is to communicate and exchange ideas, opinions, experiences and reflections with others.
  5. Content published by DEMAC’s website. You hereby understand and agree that  DEMAC’s website can review any content, communication, information, intellectual property, material, messages, photos, videos, URLs, profiles and the like (“Collective Comments") that are uploaded, published or displayed ( hereinafter, "posted") in this space and delete or refuse to publish any content that it may deem improper, including without limitation any content that DEMAC’s website may find that defies this agreement or which might be offensive, inappropriate, illegal, or violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of others, may it be all members, you or guest readers.
In addition, you are assured and guaranteed that you have the right to publish your comments and that you will not post any illegal or prohibited comment and that you will not violate, misappropriate, infringe or contravene any third party rights (including, without limitation, any intellectual property right).
 
Prohibited Content includes Content that:

a) is patently offensive to the online community, such as comment that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

b) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

c) promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

d) promotes illegal or unauthorized copies (plagerisim) of works protected by copyright (whether they are marked or not);

e) display pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind and in any form;

f) provide material that exploits people under 18 from sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

g) provide instructional information about illegal activities such as, but not limited to, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

h) DEMAC’s website reserves the right to retain personal information only occasionally used for subsequent communications with a reader;

i) requests passwords or personal ID information of any kind for commercial or unlawful purposes, and is involved in commercial activities or sales without our prior consent, including, without limitation, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

It is a violation of the rules to use any information obtained from any of the services provided by DEMAC’s website to harass, abuse or harm another person, or to contact, advertise, solicit or sell to any of DEMAC’s Members without their prior explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image and representation of yourself), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, lists and other content that you upload, post or display (hereinafter, "post") on DEMAC’s website, or transmit to other users or share with other users (collectively the" User Content "). You cannot post, transmit or share any “User Content” that you have created and that you are not allowed to have it publish. Therefore you acknowledge and agree that DEMAC’s website may delete or remove (without notice) any content in its sole discretion, with or without cause, including “User Content” that, according to the association , violates DEMAC’s Network Guidelines, which may be offensive or illegal or violates the rights or harm or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible, and its at your expense, to create backup copies and replace any “User Content” you post or store on DEMAC’s website.
 
6. DEMAC’s Website Exclusive Rights. 
 
All contents of DEMAC’s website and all content available through our website, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, and other files, and their selection and arrangement (future Publishing Comments) are the exclusive property of DEMAC, its users or its sponsors with all rights reserved. No part of the DEMAC website may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, extracted, displayed, published, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent from DEMAC, however, its understood, that the foregoing provisions shall not apply to your own “User Content” that you legally post on DEMAC’s website.
 
7. Other Member’s Comments (its content and its behavior).
You will see a diversity of comments, pictures, texts, on DEMAC’s website, some of which may not please you. If a commentary, a photo or video you do not like, you can choose not to see it , and you may comment  about it respectfully. If you think there is an immediate cause for your concern, you can communicate the content or conduct to any one in our DEMAC’s website staff.
 
8. User Disagreements
As a user, you are solely responsible for your own interactions with other users of DEMAC’s website. We reserve the right to control the divergences you have with others.
 
General Provisions
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and DEMAC in connection with the use of this virtual space and service, superseding any prior agreements between you and DEMAC in connection with their use. The failure of DEMAC in the exercise or performance requirement of any right or provision of the User Conditions,  shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in case or in any other. If any provision of this document is held invalid, the remainder of this letter will remain in effect in all respects. If any provision of DEMAC Network Guidelines is declared illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the DEMAC Network Guidelines without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
