The ESRU Foundation

The ESRU Foundation , was created by Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía from a legacy of his father, Don Manuel Espinosa Yglesias (+) on October 17th, 2000. The ESRU’S patronage is composed of the following:

MISSION OF THE ESRU FOUNDATION
The ESRU Foundation's mission is to apply its resources and direct its efforts at promotion of the welfare of all Mexicans.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ESRU FOUNDATION.
The ESRU Foundation has defined its primary objective to address the educational disadvantage of the country in different areas and levels in the understanding that one of Mexico's most pressing problems is the inadequate financial and human resources to meet their educational needs population.
